I think I'm going to buy a NUC and set it up myself.
I was looking around and there seems to be endless ways to buy this thing.
What part# is Centroid using for there pre-configured NUC they sell?

I use Lenovo M92P Tiny PCs. They use standard Intel i5 processors running at 2.9ghz. 4gb of RAM and a 2.5" 120gb hard drive running on Windows 10. You can find them on eBay, sometimes with Win10 and an SSD and you are off to the races.
Generally speaking, any PC running an Intel processor at 2.9ghz or faster meets the benchmark. Including Pentium, Celeron or i3 processors

I have plenty of room for a pc in my cabinet. After seeing the prices of the Nuc's and the all-in-one with SSD's with processors that would meet or exceed the minimum single thread requirements I decided to go with a regular pc. Much cheaper and it's easy to find one the exceeds the specs.
This is what I bought.
