On Oct 23 Keith commented in the acorn forum that he was going to change the software levels for the all in one dc and oak boards to mimic the acorn levels. Any updates as to a time frame?

anyone that has purchased an allin1dc or oak board within 1.5 years of the upcoming release will automatically receive a copy of the Pro license that goes with the new CNC12 software.

Interested in hearing more on this too.

I purchased an oak board late 2018 knowing that the pro license was coming.

Hoping I fit into the (1 year) window.

What will it cost if it is more than 18 months?

I'm assuming pricing structure will change. Will there be any warning that the update is coming

I.e. should we: Buy now if you on the fence because depending on options needed your total cost may go up with the new pricing strategy?

Example: I'm leaning towards retrofitting a second lathe that I'd like to have the following options on:

Oak,
Add1616,
Tool changer add in
Rigid tap add in

My understanding is that the pro version would probably include the two add ins so it may make sense to purchase now and start the retrofit and hopefully the pro version will release by the time I need my add ins.
