All-In-One-DC Machine Test

When I start the machine (Hurco MB1 w/ ALLINONEDC) I get the message to perform the system test. When I execute the test in the set-up, I get a message that I'm missing parameter line #1020. Is there a file I need to install? Sorry for the weird orientation of the first picture, if you click on it, the rotation is correct.

Thanks for any insight. The installation went really well and the machine runs great. I'm already using it to make parts for an Acorn Install on another machine.

That is the normal display for a failed test.

Open the "systest.out" file and search for the word "FAIL" to see what it was that the test did not like.

Usually it is a homing distance issue. It wants to find the encoder index pulse more than 1/8 turn and less than 7/8 turn away from the point where the limit/home switch cleared.

If that is it, and it is on an axis and direction you will never consider using for homing (e.g. Z minus) you can just change that home switch input number to 0 on the Machine Configuration -> Motor Parameters screen. Then the system test will not bother to verify distance.

If it is in a direction that you might use for homing (e.g. Z+, or either direction on X) then move the limit trip stop by the equivalent of a quarter to a half motor turn to resolve the issue.

Oh, and you need to enter your software travel limits before you run the system test.

You're the Man, Mark! I'll post back up when I've got it knocked out. Thank You!
