EStop inverted

Post by vdiallonort »

Hello,

I bought a cnc milling machine with acorn centroid, and now in the process to upgrading the computer ( i am testing on a second computer before upgrading the one that came with the cnc as a precaution ) so i also upgrade acorn from a 4 version to the latest 5.3. So i used the wizard to pass the configuration but i mess up somewhere because now my Estop is inverted. When it's pressed ( so the machine stop ) acorn read it as clearded and when i release it acorn read it as tripped. In this picture the E-stop is release but acorn think it-s tripped. If anyone could point me the direction (documentation or anything , so i can understand my mistake i would be very grateful.

If you go to the Acorn install manual, page 47 onwards it shows the e-stop setup and how to invert the logic

https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... manual.pdf

hope that helps!
