Huanyang VFD & Spindle

n advance I apologize if my question has been answered in a past topic.
Equipment:
VFD: Huanyang 4KW VFD Model #: HY04D023B
Spindle: HIGH SPEED ELECTRO SPINDLES Model# EYS8043-18/4
Controller: Centroid Acorn (#14455)
Both the spindle and VFD was purchased as a kit from Ebay. I've reached out to the seller about the problem but have to get a response.
Issue:
I'm testing the spindle out via the VCP and getting unpredictable spindle direction. When issuing the M3 command the spindle will shutter then run either CW or CCW.
Observations:
I've noticed when the shutter does not occur the spindle will operate as intended. When setting the drive up by only modifying the necessary parameters, the spindle will just shutter and drive will fault due to overamp during ramp up (EOCA). However, the spindle will start if helped by hand.
The shutter is reduced when I modify the V/F curve to match the "Curve of Higher Torque" by modifying the lower and intermediate frequency / voltage (PD006=2.5, PD007=0.5, PD009=24, & PD010=9) on page 28 of the manual, Starting Frequency (PD027=10) and the Motor Slip Compensation (PD147=2%). Even though the problem was reduced it will still occur around 60% of the time.
Solution:
Currently, I'm at a loss. I've disconnected the REV wire all together with no change. Using the multimeter, the spindle cable appears to be free of any shorts and spindle's resistance across each terminal is 0.9 ohms. At the moment, I've ordered a Huanyang GT series drive and used Automation Technologies branded spindle to see if the problem repeats itself.
Any comment or recommendations are welcome.
