FAILURE in M40

Post by Jose canet »

Hello, all three red LEDs on the SERVO1 board of my M40 have lit up. Now, none of the axes have power or movement, and I can't use my machine. If anyone has had the same problem and knows the cause and how to fix it, I would be very grateful. I've attached photos.

If you mean the X, Y, and Z red LEDs I believe all they indicate is if the axis is enabled or not.
When they are enabled (running a job, in MDI, etc.) I believe the LEDs will be off.

Please post some pictures, as well as a fresh report from the machine.
Here is how to create a report:

The green LEDs (UV, USV and DF) will tell you a lot more about what might be going on.

Pay careful attention to what happens (or does not happen) when you press, and then release, your emergency stop button.
