Calculations for revolutions

Hi, I am at the section of tuning the stepper motors. The steps on the drivers are all set to 4000 steps per revolution. I am using a belted sprocket which turns 1 time to 2 revolutions of the motor. The motor takes 10 revolutions to move the axis 25mm. I have input 10 into C12 for the overall turns ratio. Using the command G0 Z10 F11 to order the motor to move 10mm I input the data into Marty’s revolution calculator. Input the new number and test again. All good on the Z axis. However on the Y axis which is the same step up I am getting numbers from Marty’s calculator which are way off. So just to rest assured can anyone please let me know the formula for the calculation so I can work it out fully on paper. Thank you.

You don't really need any spreadsheet, it's a simple math calculation and the formula is in the Acorn Install manual, chapter 7.2 which is page 104. This is the initial "coarse" setup and then the "fine" calculation is section 7.3 on page 105.
