THC Voltage test question

Post by dovrosenberg »

I did the THC stray voltage test with my primeweld cut 60 turned on( not firing). I got this plot. There is a little noise compared to not having the plasma turned on. It should be fine correct?

Thanks in advance

The Stray voltage looks to be under 10 counts and stable. Looks good from here.

Thank you!! It was low and consistent. Would I expect the plot to jump any if I triggered the torch?

The plot slowly rising would indicate the voltage is floating and un grounded.

You will see the voltage jump if the torch is fired.
