I want to set up position 8 on the tool table to have two offsets - I don't see how to have 2 tool 8.
I was told I could use 0808 and 0809 but I'm missing how to do this.

I believe what you may be looking for is here:
F1 Setup > F2 Tool Offset
Here you're able to set multiple offsets for whichever tool you'd like.
By changing which tool is associated with each offset you can call a tool change for Tnnoo.
Where nn is the tool number and oo is the offset.
So to call a tool change for tool 3 offset 5, we'd command: T0305
