New setup it moves and cuts in manual mode. it will touch off and cut. when the thc is enabled it will drive it down into the material.
i started with mach 4 and ess with a cnc4pc thc i fought with it for 3 months before i pulled the trigger on the acorn. this has been a much better
experience so far!! just a few bugs and tuning left.

On further investigation it looks like the centroid cable is wired to raw voltage on the connector. The schematics show it should be to divided voltage is this an issue or are the connectors from centroid wired this way?(from a call to tech support they are dividing the voltage at the connector)

Per our call autosense worked like a charm! if I get too worried about it displaying an accurate voltage I will adjust the divider ratio!! Thank You.

This is the Primeweld cable, so yes, it does connect to the raw voltage at the connector. Those components you see inside the connector are completing the divider. We found that doing it this way yielded better performance than the Primeweld box's divider.
Is the torch diving to the material resolved from the phone call?

Running a Job with Smart sense is a quick way to confirm the THC is reading and reacting to the Torch voltage reading.
Smart sense will read the torch voltage when the Cut has started and the THC delay has ended. Whatever voltage is read at that time will be set as the Target voltage for the rest of the job or cut.
I was unable to download and check out the Plots from Your first report Kieth.
Can you create and post a fresh report?
Here is a Video I made explaining what the THC plots are. It would benefit to understand the Plots when creating new Profiles.

Just a follow up! Switched the divider to 25:1 and it is functioning perfectly! What I fought with for several months with mach4 is getting dialed-in, in a couple of days. Great product thank you!
