The issue im having is my x-axis wont move when homing machine or when i try to jog the x-axis either direction. I have been using this machine for a while and the day prior it worked fine. Im leaning that my Y servo motor is not turning off which might prevent my x servo motor from turning on, but not sure why it wont work manually. If someone could explain the theory of how the sero motors and limit switches work with the acorn system i might be able to decipher this wiring. Its not the best and i dont want to start pulling thing out without know whats what. This entire setup was installed by the last owner and this is the 2nd issue that has come up. Still working on zip file

My machine:
Hurco Hawk 5 SSM with acorn v4.64 installed
Hitachi phase converter
mitsubishi 3 phase AC spindle motor
DYN 4 servo drives
DST series servo motors
TOUCH SCREEN monitor

All servo motors will be active all the time, There's no turning one off to turn the other on. Since you have the DYN servo drives it might be a good idea to hook the X servo drive to a pc running the DYN software and see what the servo drive is saying. Is it faulting? If the drive is not faulted and has been enabled you could simply just have a loose connection. You say the wiring "is not the best" and that in itself could be the issue. The DYN software will tell you the issue.

You are also running VERY old software and might consider upgrading.

And to add to that, you have a ton of communication errors that could prevent the machine from working.
