Just checking the voltage on my mill after replacing the all in 1 dc with a new one. The input on the capacitor is 123 volts but output is only 75 dc . According to the math chart it should be around 130 volts. Is the capacitor and board bad it’s the centroid combined unit and not Shure if this is ok for my servo motor rating of 140 volts. Any thoughts would be helpful

The diode bridge may be damaged. 123 AC and 75 DC is more like half wave rectifier output, which may be possible if one of the diodes in the full wave bridge failed open. This is assuming you have CAPBRDLO. However, with a working CAPBRDLO, the 123 AC input would give about 172 DC, which would be pushing your luck with 140 VDC motors.
