Hi
I got my Acorn controller yesterday
The power supply was wired like in the image with chassis ground and Voltage Com connected - is that correct?
It looks different from the wireing diagrams and the power supply images on the site
I`m in Europe running 220v

Re: Power supply wireing
Found it is wired like that in the wireing diagram that came with the controller, so I guess it`s correct

Re: Power supply wireing
I'm not sure which diagram you have a photo of there, but all the Acorn6 ones I've seen are like this, blown up and high res so you can clearly see the link between ground (green) and COM (black), incoming voltage makes no difference. This snip is from S15148.r1, hope that helps

Re: Power supply wireing
We intentionally wire the Acorn power supply that way. It has drastically reduced the number of Acorns that less experienced users have damaged due to grounding issues in their builds.
