I contracted Lyme disease last year and have been really knocked down. The Centroid equipped mill hasn't even been turned on for months. I hired a young 20yr. old fella to help me around the place to do some of the things I just haven't got to in the last months. Yesterday we decided to put new castors a chain saw chain sharpening machine I built to facilitate rolling it around more easily. We needed small plates with four holes drilled in the corners. 8 plates total. I fired up the mill and in just a few minutes using Intercon had the mill spitting out plates rapid fire. My worker was really impressed with how fast I got everything setup and spitting out the plates. He commented that I must have a lot of experience in CNC. I laughed and told him no not at all. I told him the guys at Centroid have made it so easy to do CNC that even a dumb farmer like me can do it.
He will be studying machine building starting in the fall. He got really enthusiastic about actually doing the CNC stuff after watching us make the plates. He was worried it might be over his head. Thanks Centroid for bringing these great products to us. He asked about what I did when I needed support as the company was an American company and we are in Germany. I laughed and told him I call Uwe!
