To the people at Centroid.
I completed the acorn retrofit on my shopsabre sidekick this week. I received the table, new, December 30, 2024. Yeah, like little over a month ago. I was not happy with the wincnc controls. It’s riddled with latency issues, stifled performance parameters and just plan awful.
But now. This machine is amazing. Cnc12 w/acorn has completely made my shop Sabre usable. I’m not saying it wasn’t prior, however. Having Two other plasma tables as a comparison, it was less than. But not now.
Thanks to everyone at centroid for taking my calls, calling me back and the people on the forum!!
