Hello,
Do anyone know how to connect the Microstep driver with centroid Acorn CNC board, the microstep driver has ENA-, ENA+, Dir-,Dir+ and four stepper motor wires connecting (A-,A+,B- and B+)
My question about how to connect (pul-,pul-+, dir-,dir+) With CNC board? I watched some videos on YouTube they connected directly to the board and other the connect to H6 by add DB-25 board breakout.
the microstep driver will connect to sherline stepper motor

Use a DB25 breakout board, since this driver is 5V logic.

I'd ask you to please stop watching 5+ year old YouTube videos and use the Centroid provided wiring schematics that are CURRENT and UP TO DTAE. Those drives are Leadshine clones and use 5V from the DB25.
The Acorn can drive 4 motors but you can hardware pair drives to the Acorn if you have dual drives on a single axis.
All Centroid wiring schematics can be found here:

I'd start with this schematic for your drives. Do not wire up the ENA terminals as stepper drives are almost always enabled by default.
https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersuppo ... 901.r3.pdf
Hook up ONE drive to Acorn and get it moving then add the second one and get it moving. Wire one drive at a time and get each one moving before adding anything else.
Please tell us what you are building or how many drives you need to wire up and we can better help you.

Thank you for reply, regarding your question what i specific doing, i am upgrading my sherline lathe cnc system to Acorn cnc board. I have lathe has two axis ( two stepper motor) i understand i cannot connect one stepper for two drivers and i donot know why you mentioned that.. I am doing jewelry so most of things i using brass aluminum and plastic.
I checked sherline website today and they have wire schematic for combination Acorn CNC board connected to sherlien CNC board with that i donot need to get new stepper driver.
I will check the posts if someone did that in the past
