When upgrading to v5.24 on OAK lathe - CNC Router is installed.

I have two CNC lathes with OAK boards and I tried updating each to v5.24 software. I am sure I selected installation of the lathe version of CNC12 (there were only selection boxes for lathe or mill and no selection box for router), but on both machines a cncm directory is created and the CNC Router version of the software is installed.

If I exit CNC12 and double-click on the cnct.exe file in the cnct directory, it loads v5.22 fine. It appears the files in the cnct directory are not changed.

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into it and have managed to replicate the extraneous installation of the Router version.

Is there a way I can get a working copy of v5.24 to install on my two lathes?

I ran the v5.22 installer, selecting Lathe. This installed both Lathe and Router versions ,a minor annoying bug but does not affect the lathe install. you can just delete the errant router folder.

I then launched lathe cnc12 to confirm that v5.22 is running

I then ran the v5.24 installer, selecting Lathe again. This overwrote both my Lathe and Router 5.22 versions as designed.

Launching lathe cnc12 again shows v5.24 started.

so i'm not getting your results.
