Software Reeboots mid program
Our Centroid M400, serial #101921, has a problem with the software resetting in the middle of a program. After it reboots itself we are able to start the program where it was when the reboot occurred. Where is the best place to start on fixing this issue?

Re: Software Reeboots mid program
If it consistently reboots at the same place in the program, and perhaps only in particular programs, then you should post the CNC program in addition to your report.
If it randomly reboots while running (and here I assume you mean the PC and Windows fully reboot, and not just that CNC12 exits to the Windows desktop) then it is likely a PC hardware issue: faulty power supply, faulty CPU, overheating CPU due to failed CPU fan, etc..
