Huan Yang VFD

I have upgraded the spindle to a Huan Yang 2.2Kw water cooled spindle.
I have wired the Huan Yang VFD to the Acorn_rev4, Huan Yang VFd drawing S14984.DWG.
I have set inputs and outputs as per table at the top of the aforementioned drawing.
I have set max spindle speed to 24000 and min spindle speed to 15000.
I have set parameters PD 001 and PD002 to '1' within VFD. Also PD144 to '24000'.
Acorn communicates with CNC12 but I get 9030 SPINDLE Fault!
What have I overlooked ... help would be much appreciated ... my brain is beginning to hurt!!
