I'm trying to cut the pocket in the g code attached, and although the fusion simulation is correct, when out on the machine it is cutting approx 1,5mm too small all the way around. As usual I will be missing something obvious but hope someone can tell what i've done wrong. Cheers

Mill diameter in fusion is the same as you use on your mill?

Than you must have a problem in your machine's setup.
fusion and CNC12 is working perfect together.

well ive recently converted this machine from mach 3 and have cut hundreds of those pockets before, so yes i agree but just can't figure out what it is. Also I have another mill which has cut these pockets before with centroid and its now doing the same thing?? I can get around by telling the software it's a 4.5mm cutter instead of a 6mm but its not ideal

There are no diameter compensation commands in the .nc file, so this is completely a fusion/operator issue. Did you leave stock for a finish pass and then not cut it?
