I am looking at a new spindle and VFD and was wondering if this would work. Thanks

Sure would, there's analog input and the inputs for forward (and reverse if it's a mill) and reset. Looks like they sell single and three phase versions so be sure to buy the correct one for the power you have. Wiring a 3 phase input VFD with single phase power reduces its power output by about 40%. I'm not sure how Canada's power grid works.

I am not sure where the VFD Common, COM and Spindle OK wires from Acorn are to connect to on the VFD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VFD common from the Acorn relay board goes to the terminal labeled GND below X6. That GND is the common for X1 through X6 inputs.

That said your wiring at the bottom for the 0-10v signal from acorn is incorrect. Do not wire it like you have it drawn.

0-10VDC COM from Acorn goes to the bottom GND terminal.
0-10VDC from Acorn goes to AI1. Do not wire anything to AI2 or P12.

Spindle OK will wire to the multi-function relay output. The COM wire above Spindle OK coming out of Acorn will go to FC and FB is the NC side of that relay and FA is the NO side of that relay. You can wire spindle OK to FA or FB. You'd have to look at how the drive handles this relay. During a drive fault it should latch this relay so then wiring Spindle OK to FA will pull it low during a fault and trigger a "spindle fault" on Acorn. The drive manual will tell you more on how their multifunction relay works for this particular VFD.

Nope, the analog voltage is backwards and the spindle ok com only goes to FC. The way I wrote it may have been confusing and I should have put a period after FC. FC is the common and FA and FB are the NO and NC side of that relay. You will use FC as the COM and you will use EITHER FA OR FB but not both.

Double check the VFD programming parameters and be sure the multifunction relay output is programmed to trigger for a VFD fault.

Using FB, according to the VFD diagram, is the NC side of the internal relay so set your Acorn input up as NC. When the VFD faults this relay circuit will open and trigger Acorn with a spindle fault. You can test this after you have it set up by simply removing the wire from FB or FC when Acorn is Homed and ready.
