Yup, they are one in the same. I have the ohmic on my ShopSabre plasma fitted with Acorn. If you have a water table it's a good idea to have a float switch as a backup.

Cheers Shawn, thanks, thought it sounded the same lol. i thought it went to the acorn board but no its the isolated tx board. Yes Ive bought 3 flush sensors and I will turn up my own circular float and crash ring thingy. Just finished making my own machine torch out of a hand torch. Im in australia and have the time and not the cash lol. cheers Pete

Correct Pete, it goes to the T IN connection on the TX board. Be sure to follow the latest schematic from Centroid for your brand plasma cutter and if you have the green boards or black boards. The black are the newest. I've seen a few guys make their own round mount or as you call it the "crash ring thingy". :D

Good luck with the build.

Side note, I vacationed in Australia about 13 years ago and it was bar far the best vacation I've ever had and I've vacationed in about 10 different countries around the world. Beautiful country.
