What am I doing wrong?

Post by Tlempicke »

I am setting up a new computer to use with my CNC. Used the provided program to check the capabilities and set up the Ethernet port. Tried to restore from report. Software is version 510 and unfortunately the report I have is from version 508. The CNC does not like it. I did take a whole set of pictures of the Wizard before I sent the NUC (now DEAD) off to Gary Campbell. I have been attempting to restore from those pix. Everything look great and the program attempts to move the Z axis to start homing the machine. the motors do not move, an they are not powered up. In the past when the program first came on line and I had to reset it I would hear a "Thrum" when the motors powered up. Does not do that so something is missing. The first report I am downloading is what the program is right now. The second one is the "As Delivered" report that Gary sent to me.
