Share a Contour Shuttle with lathe and mill?

Greetings -
I have one PC running two Acorn boards - one for a Sherline Mill and the other for a Sherline Lathe. I have the licensed versions for both. I use them one at a time. They connect to the PC through a small eithernet switch.
I set up the Contour Shuttle for the Mill. Works fine.
Does anyone know how I could get the Shuttle to work for both boards? The problem seems to be that when you configure the Contour Shuttle you point it to the CNC 12 for the milling machine. Apparently if you fire up the Lathe CNC 12 then the Contour Shuttle is configured for the wrong copy of CNC 12.
