I know centroid has ordered an ethercat card for the Delta C2000 and MS300 VFD's to allow it to be hooked up to ethercat and eliminate all those pesky wires. Could you let us fine folks know how that is progressing?

Thanks for that, could you give perhaps indicate a rough timeline of how long it would take?

I see the last post was back in June. I recently purchased a C2000 for my centroid retrofit and would love to wire it ethercat. Is there any new information?

I have not heard about any updates. I assu.e it is on the long list of features to implement.

Some benefits:
- Less wiring
- Dont need separate encoder input for tapping
- Get all info such as motor load and more detailed statusses

At least it is not at the end of the long list any more.
