No signal from Acorn to the stepper drivers

Hi all, I have a problem retrofitting an old CNC router for friend of mine. I am very happy from mine almost 7-8 years old setup. Acorn runs super fine with Leadshine closed loop 3 phase steppers, NEVER had any problems. We have got a newest revision of Acorn for him and the same drivers- leadshine ES-DH2306. His Acorn have perfect communication with the CNCcomputer, it shoes no errors or any problems but no signal to the drivers. I am attaching the report file. Thanks in advance!

You are going to need to put up some pictures of your wiring, what wiring diagram you used, switch settings on the drives, ect.... We can't see what you did or what you are looking at.

Look again at your error log, you don't have perfect communication between the PC and Acorn. Your error log has several communication errors, MPU resends and PC resends.

As Ken stated, share some pics and other info so others can better help you. Please start a Google photo album and share the link here.

Common cause of drives not responding after update is different setting of Enable in the Wizard Advanced Axis setup.

You say "No signal from Acorn to the stepper drivers" , have you verified this with an oscilloscope?

Yes, I measured with an oscilloscope. No any signal from the Acorn. This is my concern. The LED are green, on the 3 axis. Also the Acorn performing good homing by itself. I will try to unplug completely the drivers signal cables from Acorn and check again. I repeated the connection diagram of mine, very old revision Acorn, so i doubt is a mistake from wiring, unless the very last generation of Acorn has some differences from mine. I think even with different parameters between the Acorn and the stepper drivers I should measure some signals on the stepper control terminals on Acorn. Am I right? I will draw the exact schematic of the wiring today, and upload it here. I did not connect the Enable and Disable pins on the driver, and I see in the Wizard Enable is unchecked. Thanks in advance!

99% of the time it's something you did wrong in the wiring or settings. Without seeing what you've done it's just people taking wild guesses.

- Run the PC Tuner on the PC , and then run the stress test.

- and make a photo album with the requested info so we can help you out.

these drives should probably be connected to the DB25
do you have link to the manual for these drives?
