Custom ordered in 2021, this 4hp, 18,000 rpm front mount spindle is capable of cutting wood, non-ferrous metal and plastics, it has a drawbar sensor and encoder added as options. Coupled with a Hitachi VFD and controlled via sensorless vector control it has great low rpm performance. Unit has 100-120 hours on it, mostly on personal projects and drilling control box backplanes.

Included in the sale are: CNC Depot FM series 18k rpm spindle, Hitachi SJ-P1 VFD, ~27' VFD Wire, 6 ISO30 tool holders, with ER32 or ER25 collets (or a mix as shown), collet wrench, air solenoid manifold, air tubing, M8 wires for sensor & encoder (not shown). VFD is programmed and ready to run, will provide video of warmup/speed test before shipping. This package is currently listed onthe CNC Depot website as the RM-40F @ $4895 without the sensor and encoder. If needed, these items can be combined into a modular control box with 14 pin Cable for AVID or 6 wire Harness for ShopBot machines. Control box can be configured for Centroid, Mach, AVID (14 pin), ShopBot (5v relays) or most other controls
