Thanks for the reply Scott.

I tried helping him but I think he has either a corrupt install or a corrupt license file. He downloaded and installed the 5.06 software, I installed his license file and it reads Acorn Router Pro. Restart and set up his parameters including his WMPG and axis paring. All is good. When you go to home the machine it seems to disable axis paring and the wireless mpg. Everything else stays as it should. License file still reads Acorn Router Pro after this.

I'm asking him to to a FRESH install of 5.06 and retrieve his license file that he received in the email from Centroid. He thinks he deleted the email for some reason, not sure why. I asked him to contact Centroid Monday and request another license file.

He'll update the forum after a fresh install with a known good license file. Fingers crossed.

I have been at this for several hours again today!!! I did a total removal of all files! Then did a FRESH install with the License file that I found last night and it is the correct file then went load all the parameters BUT the software WILL NOT SAVE AXIS pairing feature nor will it save the AXIS HOMING Sequence! Also with Shawns help we created the type of drive file that was saved as a custom file, however at start up I have been checking and will revert back to bench test and not what was created!!! AGAIN BEEN at this for a few days now WITH HELP to no AVAVIL!!!!!

Just wanted to report that Ron's machine is working as it should.

There was a miscommunication on how the axis were wired. In his early photos he had the slave drive wired to the 4th axis. At some point he hardware paired the two Y axis drives to axis 2. With hardware pairing auto squaring is no longer possible. This was his problem all along. This is why the wizard would reset his axis pairing to not paired. Because they are not.

Ron is finally able to make some sawdust. :D

Maybe Ron can post up a pic of the sawdust he makes. Asking for a video might be a bit of a stretch for him. Maybe he'll prove me wrong. :D

So after long hours and help from Shawn it is finally running a short video to follow, I was able to zero and start a cut, however I was cutting air in the beginning so I need to do some fine tuning and adjust the offset for the homing switch that I am using which I will do in the morning do another going sequence, reset for the test cut that I set up and determine what else if anything needs adjusting! So much closer to making sawdust from some way overdue projects!
Thanks again for all the hope and help for setting this up!!! Well the video is over the file limit

as a follow up to test cuts I did today, I created 3 circles in a cam software imported the G code to Acorn zeroed everything out and cut all three, they were set to cut the inside path, one at 2 inches one at 3 inches and one at 4 inches. all of them resulted in less than a full circle, they all resulted with the sides being cut in straight lines and not roundesh like a circle. the i have the x and y set at 2.538 and z at 5.08 it measured out ok at 30 inches but isnt cutting the circles correctly. Not sure if any of the other Queen Ant read this post and can add what they found theirs to be set at.
