I feel your pain!
The only thing I have left to suggest:

Have you unplugged ALL the connectors from Acorn except the power and ethernet cable and started CNC12 to monitor whether or not the errors go away. Perhaps even better yet, remove Acorn from the cabinet, put it on the bench and only connect the power supply that came with it and an Ethernet cable and go back to a basic benchtest. (Do a fresh report, Back up your current CNCM/CNCT directory first, so you can go back to your original configuration)

While on the bench test, I would load a G code program and let it run. After each run check the error logs. F7 Utilitie, F9 Logs, F1 Errors.

This test will determine whether or not you are having issues with the current Beagle Bone Green or you have noise issues in your cabinet.

If the bench test yields no errors, then put Acorn back in the cabinet. Nothing but power supply and Ethernet cable, start CNC12 and watch the error logs. If no errors then plug things in one at a time, power up Acorn, let it sit in CNC12 and monitor the Error logs until you get errors. Then back track to try and find out what is causing the problem. I would be wary of ground loops, VFD's, unshielded spindle motor wiring near low voltage or signal wires or components causing EMI.

Just offering my opinion on how I would handle this if I were sent there to trouble shoot.

Regarding resend errors someone on this forum pointed out recently that starting the PC before powering up the Acorn bord helps. It certainly helped in my case to get rid of the MPU/resend errors.

I am having the same Problems, if I am not careful I will crush my machine.
The z- button will stick and there isn't any time to stop it.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Usually an issue with the touchscreen monitor.
One touch resistive monitors are generally better than consumer grade capacitive multi touch monitors.

Unplug the monitor's USB cable. Use the mouse temporarily to click on the VCP buttons
I understand Planar touchscreen monitors are pretty good.
