Re: No motor movement
It would be in your best interest to actually state a fact or point to something onscreen you wish to draw our attention to. And while you're at it, find out a way to post pictures right side up.
That said, you can make the selection and possibly even test in bench test mode, BUT it will not run with axes software paired unless a pro license is installed

Re: No motor movement
Garry I do not know where to point to get a wiring diagram for Stepper Motor/Drives that work. Currently just working x axis trying to get motor movement.
I do not know why pictures are posting upside down from my iPad. I know if I can get movement on x axis the rest would be a piece of cake. Every thing worked using Mach3 but software was iffy.
Please give me direction to get motor movement.

Re: No motor movement
Yesterday, on page 4 of this thread, the 4th post down (my first on that page) I told you the pins to connect to.
Your pictures show odd directions on PC's and Android devices because Apple wants them to.

Re: No motor movement
Kutton,
Please look carefully at your current setup.
It should read
Pin1 Out1
Pin2 Step1
Pin3 Dir1
You have pins two and three reversed on your assignments. Look at the diagram to the right and look at the pin number it tells you what the pin must be assigned to for example Pin2 must be assigned as Step1

Re: No motor movement
Russ corrected error. Still no motor movement nor light to driver.

Re: No motor movement
Kutton,
Let's start with the basics.
Just add the wires for one axis say the X axis. That will require Pin2, Pin3 and make sure pin2 which is step is physically connected to the Step input on your X driver. Then make sure Pin3 which is direction is physically connected to the Direction input on the X driver.
Now we need to understand how the power gets to your drivers. Can you post a picture of the controller with the drivers. I am sure you are very frustrated but this has to be something pretty basic.

Re: No motor movement
Quick thought I just looked at your very first wiring diagram. Make sure you unplug those limit sensors. If the machine sees you are at a limit it will never allow the motor to move.

Re: No motor movement
Looking at some of your earlier photos the limits were all tripped at the positive extreme.
Please configure Acorn without limits. Make sure all those inputs to your limits are also disconnected.

Re: No motor movement
Have no limits wired nor configured.
