Did you run the test I had suggested?
If so, what was the outcome?

Fozzyber,
Your sketch did not upload properly. I will see if I can draw up a quick schematic for you on using those drivers. You do not use the Index signals, those are using when you are using this with encoders. I should have a break at noon today and will make you a quick drawing.

fozzyber,
Close but you have a few mistakes.
Diff Driver Pin-6 A+ > DYN4 - Pin-11
Diff Driver Pin-5 A- > DYN4 - Pin-23
Diff Driver Pin-8 B+ > DYN4 - Pin-22
Diff Driver Pin-7 B- > DYN4 - Pin-10
5V needs to hook to the 5V on the Power supply, but it looks like DYN4 might have 5V available at pin-24
The pull up resistors do not attached on the Differential driver outputs, they must be on the Acorn side, pulling up Step-1, Direction-1 up to 24V with a 1K or 2K resistor. You do this on each of the step and direction outputs from Acorn if you are using the Screw terminals. You can avoid the resistors if you use the Step and Direction outputs on the Acorn DB25 connector because they already have build in pull up resistors.
Follow?
By the way a very nice drawing you made... Nice Job

drawing rev2
made corrections to the drawing to help others,
let me know if this is good.
seems strange to hook 5V to both sides but I guess it is what it is.
thanks for the compliment.

I just realized I might have drawn the pull up resistors wrong. can you double check that.

close you did the pull up resistor much closer but they must pull up to 24V on Acorn not 5V like you have them drawn.

OK edits made, I think we might have a final drawing.
