Re: Thc non plasma usage
How can I add button set B HOME to the Main home page of cnc12?

Read this to customize the VCP and add a button:

Tamar,
Please post a gcode example from your post so I can try it out on my side. Just cutting off the square tube will work

Thanks
This is a gcode of a square tube cutting 60mm × 60mm length 200mm.

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Tamar. Is you rotary axis defined as a linear axis in the wizard?
Les/Sheetcam does not want us to do constant surface speed. The issue your running into is during an all axis rotary move the feedrate will all slow down to match the slowest axis (rotary). Sheetcam wants the control to act "dumb" and needs the rotary defined as a linear axis

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Hey thanks for the reply.
My rotary axis is defined as a linear on wizard as les suggested.
My rotary axis max speed is 10,000 so I'm not sure where is the problem.

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Tamar,
So there's no slow down issue?
Can you take a video of the slow down or where the issue is if there is one?

Re: Thc non plasma usage
The issue is that the the rotation of the B axis are too slow when I'm cutting a square tube.
The corners cutting speed is too slow, and it seems that in the gcode the speed of the rotation is different from the speed that the machine is actually cutting.
In the gcode the speed in the corners are 30000-60000 , but when I'm running the gcode In the machine its doesn't matchs the speed in the gcode and doing 3000-2000 speed.

Re: Thc non plasma usage
Tamar can you get me a basic square tube g-code. All I need is cutting off the Square tube. One straight continuous cut wrapped around the square tube.
