Re: No motor movement
Look at your screen shot and look at the DB25 pins, you assigned them wrong.
Pin2 on DB25 is Step1, so assign Pin2 to Step1 on the assignment window on the left.

Re: No motor movement
The assignments on the left should look something like this:
Pin1 Out1
Pin2 Step 1
Pin3 Dir 1
Pin4 Step 2
Pin5 Dir 2
Pin6 Step 3
Pin7 Dir 3
This is why nothing moves.

Re: No motor movement
I corrected pin assignment. Still no motor movement.

Re: No motor movement
Now that you have those settings in place, you must now rewire the DB25 to match, your pics show using pin 1.
I would suggest that using ONLY 1 MOTOR, you connect step+ to pin2, direction+ to pin 3, step and direction - to pins 23 and 24 and test one motor using X jog arrows and commands

Re: No motor movement
As Gary said the diagram now has Acorn sending out the pulsed on the right pins you need to make your cable match that diagram. I also agree with Gary just hook up your X motor with Step and Direction leave all the others disconnected. Once you get the first motor working the rest will happen very quickly. Maybe a few photos would help everyone understand what you have so we can provide accurate instructions.

Re: No motor movement
I still have no motor movement and no indication on motor drivers.

Re: No motor movement
Kutton,
Can you post a few pictures of your machine, the controller so we can see wires. Something might be very noticeable with a few pictures. You can make the Acorn talk to one drive with three wires.

Set parameter 968 to 12
[F1] (Setup) > [F3] (Config) > [F3] (Parms) > [F8] (Next Table) until 968 is visible
Select value in parm 968, change to 12, press ENTER, then Save

Re: No motor movement
Gary,
What is parameter 968, I checked the manual and could not find parameters beyond 702.

Re: No motor movement
Found it parameter 968 allows you to set the frequency of pulses. 12 sets it to 100K steps.
