When you say "touch the panel", have you previously selected manual on the auto/man spindle control before trying to start/stop the spindle via the operator's panel?
Cheers,
Tom

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: Alln1DC Bridgeport series 2 interact 2
ok, so I tried parameter 00.20 set to 2 and parameter 00.21 set to 1. and it is working from the computer spindle controls now. thank you. i guess not to see if the program runs it on its own.

I’m just making sure I didn’t bump these. The ADC gain switches on edge of board. Is this the correct way they are supposed to be flipped ? Getting ready to put cover back on.

Re: Alln1DC Bridgeport series 2 interact 2
So I’m setting my machine backlash, after I’m done doing that should I run the systest again ?

Re: Alln1DC Bridgeport series 2 interact 2
Unless your needed backlash compensation amounts are ridiculously high, that will not have any effect on the System Test results.

Re: Alln1DC Bridgeport series 2 interact 2
See page 116 of the Allin1DC install manual PDF:
http://www.centroidcnc.com/downloads/ce ... manual.pdf
for ADC DIP switch settings.
You probably want it set for 0 to 10V, which is where your appears to be.

Re: Alln1DC Bridgeport series 2 interact 2
Thank you. I have the DP3 probe, it’s working, where can I find more information on helping setup tolerances, backlash, or anything else using it.
