Showing a spindle fault and a lube fault.
I have my lube wired it but it doesn't have any sort of feedback circuit.

Not sure what to do with the spindle fault. My snubbers haven't showed up yet so i don't want to try the spindle yet.

I would like to get the servos up and working.

According to TB288 page 2 and the SEM MT30M4 datasheet, you should use the 9A setting.

The motor has a rated TENV continuous stall current of 5.5A which would put it squarely between the 5 and 6 amps listed on the table.

To temporarily clear the spindle and lube faults for testing the other components - force the inputs by navigating to the correct input bit on the PLC Inspector and pressing CTRL-ALT-F. A bar will show up to indicate that the input is being forced. I'd make a note of the ones you forced or invert (CTRL-ALT-I) so you remember to set them correctly before finishing the setup process.

Do you happen to have Baseline PID numbers for the servos?

Feel like I'm missing something here, every time I hit the jog button even with the feed rate turned down to 1%, the table jumps pretty fast then stops and throws this 410 axis position error. Happens on all axis. Reading through the instructions I don't believe that's what it should be doing at this point.

I'm Guessing it has to do with the PID settings, I tried running the auto tune but it has the same result, throws an axis position code as soon as it starts.
What would be some good starting numbers?

If i go to the PID config screen and move a servo (X in this case) this is what the graph looks like if that helps.

That sounds like a polarity mismatch between motor power and encoder feedback.

Try reversing the plus and minus power leads going to the motor.

Yep you nailed that one too.

The instructions say the load bar graph in the dro display of the main menu is red indicating excessive load on the motor,
Mine turns red when it first starts to move and then goes to Green while it's rapiding is that okay?

Okay we are moving along. I've got the course adjustment of the dro done. I received the quench arcs and have them installed on all of the contactors. I have the contactors wired up as shown in the handwritten diagram with the exception of I'm using 110 volts to switch the contactors. If I turn on number 10 of the inputs I immediately get a 90-28 spindle fault code. How do I configure this to make it work?
