Getting close to the finish line, only a few more parts to make and my mill is 5 axis, switchable from AC to BC configuration and all axes full closed loop

Kind of tricky to do all parts on my small machines, the workenvelope is used up to 0.5mm to the limit...

This thing is ready to make some chips now.
For some reason the 80:1 harmonic drive is 81:1 :?:

That looks great. What will be your first project to build with this new whatever you call it?

Thank you.

I have no clue, because I do not really need a 5 axis part right now
I build it because its new and I getting bored fast doing things I have already made ;)

I need this to test the upcoming RTCP functions for more configurations in CNC12.

Ive got a 5 Axis mill using UCCNC. How do you deal with A Axis homing? Are you using ZRI homing?

There's going to be RTCP?

It is already here, but only for A B with tilting head, ob B tilting table.
Centroids A560 machines using it.

Oh. I didnt go for Centroid due to no RTCP (at the time). In fairness the UCCNC solution was a lot cheaper, so not too unhappy with it but would prefer something known to me. My setup is an AC setup.

I figured out that the gear ratio is depending on the driving arrangement:

 You have had enough time to figure out a part to make with 5 axis! Get to it. We want a video. 8-)
