get this when i try and do 3axis sim

Cannot simulate with machine:

Machine configuration is overridden by the post script.
at onOpen (Centroid_Mill_Community_v1.0.cps:468)

Use the V2 version in my last post.

It will run your file in simulation without an error.

Actually it works in simulation, but cant prost process gcode.

has no settings for 4th axis or anything like the other post processors on here

Because this is in the machine model.
New fusion PP are all with the kinematics in the machine.

I have no problem generating the g code and load it in CNC12

i do have the kinematics all setup in machine model . but when i try and post using the post processor u gave to use.

i dont have any 4th axis enable or anything like that. its just a generic 3 axis post processor

Are you using the same post processor to generate g-code as you are simulating it? (centroidfourum v2)

Yes the same, more than 4 axis are not in the PP but in the machine model.

There must not be an option in the PP dialog to activate 4th or 5th axis.

ok it post with using safe retracts set to G28 and not "clearance height "
