Not only the little green fuses but the pull up resistor blow out. The pull up is bigger and I think it may be soldered in not sure though. The green lights will light but no movement if the pull up is blown.

Mousecnc yes your right but i'm running full 7 amp no resiter needed. I've done that on all setups never had a problem, i'm useing much lager motors 900 oz/in and larger. been buzy working on other project . After reading over manual the db25 uses diferential wireing ,the G203v use only step direction and com . To get things running I quess I'm going to screw terminal wired dicect without use of PDMX134 Board. I'll use sck that Centroid uses.

Call Gecko and get a RMA to have your drives checked out and repaired. I sent 5 in and they replaced the pullup resistor and returned them to me. They only charged me just $13 shipping with free repair.

I have the same (rather similar) setup with the PMDX-134. I'm running Gecko 201X drivers and I'm still wiring everything up... Would love to see your progress mousecnc... I'm still configuring and snaking wires all over the place.

First, you responded to a very old post.
Switch over to Acorn instead of using the PMDX-134 and move away from Mach.
Don't use the PMDX board with Acorn.
