No. You pasted into your message the content of a report*.txt file (perhaps report_0925192286_2020-04-03_07-58-02.txt). There is much information in the ZIP file that is not in the TXT file.

If I recall correctly, much earlier in this thread we went over how to show file extensions in Windows, so that you can readily tell the difference between somefile.txt and somefile.zip.

Use the "Post Reply" button, or the "Full Editor & Preview" button, to get to a screen where you can choose to attach files (rather than paste them in). Look for the "Attachments" tab below the window you are composing your message in, then browse to where you have stored your report, then look for a ZIP file. Windows typically displays ZIP files using an icon that looks like a file folder with a zipper on it, or a C-clamp around it. This is different from the page-of-text icon that Windows typically uses for TXT files.

First, the differential errors are probably because you do not have your encoders connected.

If you want to run with no encoders connected, you will need to defeat the encoder differential error check. You can do that by setting Machine Parameters 332 and 333 both to a value of 7.

Second, the tripped-limit errors are probably because you have toggled the limit switch defeaters down (on), but you have also used Ctrl-Alt-i to invert five of the six limit switch inputs. Assuming you do not have limit switches actually connected, you need to defeat limits either by inverting the inputs with Ctrl-Alt-i, or by toggling the DIP switches down, but not both.

Now were getting so where. You are right. My encoders are all ready installed on the machine. So I will change those pars. So let me understand this. If I have the limit switches on the allin1 board flipped down to defeat the limit switches by enabling the pars for them I 'm over riding the dip switches on the board? If this is the case? Could you provide me with the par numbers I have to have red as I don't have a list of what number does what. Thanks, Bob

Just to clarify things: Parameters have numerical values and not colors. They are modified by F1 Setup/F3 Config/F3 Params then selecting the parameter to be changed and then entering a new numerical value. These parameters and values are listed in Chapter 14 of the CNC12 Operator's Manual.

Inputs and Outputs, which are color coded on the I/O diagnostic screen (Alt-I on the main screen to activate), can be "forced" or "inverted" to change their default actions. See this document which will tell you what each color and overscore and underscore lines signify.
