Re: ATC macro help
Got the delay into the clamping of the tool and got the tool to step out in the Y to clear rack before lowering. Finally got to test it with tools in place. Seems to run just like it should for now. I really appreciate everyone's help. I could have never gotten this done without the forum.
Here is a video of it running a short program changing all 7 tools.

Re: ATC macro help
Nice work Bobby!!
I hope to get mine working soon as well. I'm going to try sliding my tool holders into the forks (claws) using a similar macro.
I'm using the same atc water cooled spindle as Bobby, in fact - Bobby was the one that told me about the Ebay seller. I am very impressed with the fit, finish, and quality of the spindle, VFD, NBT30 tool holders, collets, and tool forks this seller provided. For anyone interested, here is his listing.

And here are some photos of my project. This is the Avid Pro4824 kit using the Acorn controller and ATC water cooled spindle. I am in the process of building a full enclosure as my intended use for this machine is machining aluminum (no wood).

Re: ATC macro help
Thanks David. Tomorrow I plan on putting the machine thru it's paces actually cutting some things that have been stacking up. Good luck with yours. I know you are going to love it.

Re: ATC macro help
Guys, I created a Sticky topic for users to share their cool Macros. You are doing such cool things with them, putting effort into them, collaborating on them, they deserve a thread to share with others to help and inspire them.
So, if you care to share:

Thanks for helping make Acorn and CNC12 a continued success!
