I installed the new mpu11 , you forgot to send me new unlock codes. The invoice shows sn 0625090045 but the options screen shows sn 0626090045. When I tried autotune i get error 412 N axis (5) encoder differential error

Terry,
That error is being generated because the spindle encoder paramter is set. I assume that you do not have a spindle encoder? Change parameter 35 to 7.

When I changed parameter 312 to 0 it cleared the error. How do I get the spindle to reverse when in low gear? Everything else seems to be running ok,I have some jobs to run and will let you know if I have any problems. thanks, Terry

I used a Koyo D06 plc and wrote a program using an illuminated momentary contact pushbutton switch. When you push it once it closes input 9 on the dc3iob, reverses the fwd and rev input on the inverter and lights the pusbutton. When you push it again the light goes out, input 9 is opened and the fwd and rev on the vfd is back to normal. I have run a couple of jobs and the new board and software seems to be working fine . thanks, Terry
