Leadshine drives are enabled with no connection, unless reprogrammed.

I need to start over.
(1) best schematic to use for my setup
(2) I do not have shutoff wired as directed.
(3) the way it is presently sometimes reset dose not work. Have to exit control software and restart.
I did not get green light ground to enable.

We can't help you without more information. You have WAY too many inputs turned on. Why?

Please go to the post above and follow it.
Then we can help you better

After following Marty's instruction let us know which one of the DB25 pages is the one you are using. You show 3, one is different than the other 2.

You understand what we are asking you to do in this post?:
viewtopic.php?f=60&t=1043

Input Output map. Set all inputs to UNUSED except input Number 8 and for test purposes set it to NO to see if you get motor movement.

There isn't much on your motor driver, this is what I found:
This sort of information is helpful to be provided so we know what you are using.
http://s3.amazonaws.com/s3.image.smart/ ... 045-A1.pdf

It appears that by default if there is no connection to ENA, the drive should enable the motor. So leave it disconnected for now.

When you power up the drive with the motor connected, can you turn the motor shaft with your fingers or is it locked on position?
(Do not use Acorn to turn the motor shaft. Simply turn on the power to the ST-4045 with the stepper motor connected to it and see if the motor shaft is locked)

The reason your motor is not moving is you assigned the pins incorrectly.

Look at your screen shot of the DB25 connector. You started assigning motor connections with Pin-1, You need to start with Pin-2, X-step

You have step and direction on the wrong pins for each motor. As soon as you correct these connections it will work.

You might want to start with one motor, say X. Pin2 = Xstep Pin3-Xdir
