Lol.. I completely agree, but you would not believe the amount of requests that I have gotten over the years to change the centroid blue screen and yellow letters to some other color. So we built a little color picker and you can change it to whatever color you want now have at it!
I actually like the blue screen! Real talk... 99.99% of computer-based CNC controls are crimes against ergonomics and good taste, but CNC12 isn't - with the exception of the lower right corner of the VCP for some reason. I am looking forward to evaluating CNC12 V5.0, to see what has been changed.cnckeith wrote: ↑Sat Nov 19, 2022 2:35 pmLol.. XYZ, let us know what you consider "weird UI issues" so we can fix them.XYZgnomon wrote: ↑Sat Nov 26, 2022 10:03 pm

I use Heidenhain at work, and I really like its layout. Because of this, I considered looking at LinuxCNC for my home machine, but it seems like a dumpster fire and I keep coming back to Acorn/CNC12 to see if you've fixed some of the weird UI issues. Learning about the next generation control is encouraging!
If I have one word of advice for CNC12, please include flute count in the tool library; then also please allow me to display feed per tooth and surface speed when running a program.
