Ok, good news, found the issue. Thanks Richard, that worked.
In the Wizard, under the "Advanced Axis Configuration" tab, I simply checked off "Enable" to "X" drive and it worked. Powered down and made the changed to the "Y" & "Z". Tested again and still works, what a relief after days of frustration or some call it fun

.
Here is a quick summary for other people:
Hardware Configuration:
- Acorn Rev.3
- DMM DYN4 (w/latest version, which includes fix for noise when using a spindle motor & ZRI added feature), DMM tech were nice enough to do an exchange, since my drive were recently purchased.
- Followed Acorn_DYN4_draft.pdf for wire schematics (link:
download/file.php?id=1567)
- Also used the following DMM-Tech updated schematics:
DYN4 to Acorn Connection Diagram:

Problems:
1) "9031 Drive Fault" when in CNC12 and attempting homing or motor movement (Bench test in DMM program worked fine)
2) Acorn not able to boot, only +24V LED would light up
3) Narrowed down drives not able to move due to ENA wire connection (DYN4 PIN15 to Acorn H2,3 ENA)
Solutions
1) In Wizard under Tab 1. "Primary System Configuration", changed Input 5 channel to NO from NC (does not seem right, but it works

)
2) Wired the panel circuit where main disconnect gives power to Acorn, HW E-stop & Door Motor Run enable switch. Then the Enable Switch turns on the breakers for all the motors drives & the +5VDC. This allows me to sequence power to Acorn 1st, then turn on all other components, specifically 5VDC for the PUL+(Pin 11)/Dir+(Pin 10).
3) As listed above, in the Wizard, under the "Advanced Axis Configuration" tab, I simply checked off "Enable" for X,Y & Z.
Many thanks to all, especially Richard and his headaches & as always Marty. Someone should start a go fund me page for Marty, he has helped out so many people.
Well on to other challenges, need to configure spindle motor with encoder & resolve my "Z" motor, which has a brake and I'm having temp issues (motor & brake fighting each other). This will be a new thread.
Thanks,
Nick
