Probe Detect is NOT probe triggered. Probe Detect is the "is it plugged in" input. it tells CNC12 that a probe is currently Plugged in.

use "ProbeTripped" input as the probe trigger signal input.

if your probe doesn't have a detect wire there are several options you have.

select "probe protection based on tool number" and when you load Tool 10 the control assumes you have the probe plugged in

Thanks Keith.

I don't remember having to tool change to the probe (in my case T100) in V4.82.

Acorn recognizes when I unplug the probe, so it sees it if plugged in.

All good now.

Many thanks
Bernard

thanks for reporting back, yep Probe detection based on tool number is a new option for those that don't have a detect wire connected to an input.
please consider the KP-1 when you need a new probe!
