Really didn't feel like messing with cnc today because yesterday was just a bad day with it. Finally decided to see what I could figure out.
Ran the same file again with the exact same results. I started digging around into the software and decided to try using the smoothing setting. I'm really new to this so I hadn't really understood what it would do or even what settings should be set at. I saw a quick setup for precision router so I chose it then reran the file twice. It ran thru the entire program both times. This was just cutting air so don't know how the item will look but it is progress. Going to run the file in some scrap wood to see what happens. I'm just relieved at this point to not having it stop during the file.
Update:
Ran the file, it cut all the way thru and came out perfect.
