He's not using a Centroid postprocessor. According to him he drew the circles in a rudimentary CAD program and used a program called easel with a generic PP. This is why his circles look like they do. It's not an Acorn issue.
He owns Vectric software so I suggested he use that, it's the best software for woodworking and a router. And it has a PP for Centroid built in the software. Nothing else is needed.
You need a dial indicator to help with the "fine" adjustments of your turns ratio. This is in the documents I sent you.
