Looks like the green LED on the power supply goes off too. Short to ground somewhere. Does it do the same when connecting to the other 24v in? What is on the other side where you have the mounting screws going through? A stand off body or a washer that is shorting something to ground on the back side?

i agree, power off and take these off the board.

Thank you for your help guys! I found a tiny piece of what looks wire shielding foil jammed under the input terminal block and touch the ground under the mounting screws. Lights are all on now, I’ll finish testing the inputs this evening.

I must say that is a pretty good power supply to still be working!
