Your old report from 4.64 shows communication errors which is a noise issue. Did you do any hardware changes or rewire anything before the issue started? Post a report from 5.02. Are you using a laptop?

Curious on the computer used as well. Need to make sure its running via an ethernet port, not a USB Ethernet adapter.

Just Ethernet, not an adapter.
It's running on an older gaming laptop (Asus ROG) that I only use for this now.

These toolpaths were made in aspire, I'll have to see what kind of smoothing it uses.

I'll post an updated report when I get home from work today.

Good. I have had similar documented issues using an USB Ethernet Adapter.

Laptop is a complete no-no

Could you elaborate on this? I'm sure many people are using laptops here and would be fine as long as you have set up the windows per the guide. The only thing I can think of is that the battery doesn't like to be plugged in full time.

Laptops turn off things like USB and Ethernet ports at random times to conserve battery life.

This is why Centroid states on the PC requirements page to NOT use a laptop for CNC12. If you called for support they would not help you because they specifically tell you not to use a laptop yet many do with mixed results. Simply use the proper PC.
