Error Code 916 while auto squaring <beta software>

I don´t think the probe is defect, Inputs are switching as they should.

Probably something in the autosquare is not right.

I don't know if this maybe related. After doing the auto square/homing with the probe plugged in (machine homed & squared), I tried using the MDI to move an axis and got the same 916 error, the probe was disconnected.

I'm also having an issue with the wireless MPG after running the auto square/homing routine. Using the MPG to move the Y axis, only the master moves the slave stays put, only after moving the Y axis using the VCP jog button will the MPG work moving both master & slave.

in prep, post info on how you have things wired etc..

Here are the pics.
I changed from the Mill to the Router software, no difference.

These are the issues I'm having.
1: can't run Auto Square/ Home without Probe connected/ homes when connected. Get Error code 916.
2: can't move axis using MDI without probe connected, get Error code 916.
3: TT-4 will not complete test procedure, page 11, step 10 in the TT-4 manual.
4: Wireless MPG will only move Master & Slave motors (Y axis) together after using the jog button on the VCP, works fine for X & Z Axis.

I wired the control panel using the wiring diagrams that are posted here. The z-axis brake, air solenoid's for the spindle & E-Stop contactor are wired too the 2nd output relay board and run off a separate power supply. AcornSix has it's own power supply.

This appears to be a bug in the Beta software, been able to replicate it. It seems to effect any probe that is Open when tripped.

Currently working on a solution, may take some time.

Does this bug also affect the issue with the MPG?
As far as the issue with the TT-4. I noticed that it was configured as mechanical, not for the MPG-4. I'll fix that and rerun the test. Sorry about that

Reconfigured TT-4, will not pass test described in the manual.
